These Terms govern your use of the Season Locker app ("the App") operated by Todd Fleury ("we," "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you add ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the App for you — including syncing it across your devices and producing albums, digital-frame exports, and printed books you request. You're responsible for having the right to upload and print Your Content.
Don't use the App to store or print content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates others' privacy or rights. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Printed books are custom, made-to-order products produced by our print-on-demand partner (Lulu) and shipped to the address you provide. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Digital exports (PDF albums, digital-frame files) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
We work to keep the App available and your data safe, but the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
