SportsJurni ("the App," "we," "us") is a memory-keeping app for sports families. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: toddfleury1979@gmail.com .

Summary
- We collect the account email you sign up with, the player and season details you enter, and the photos, videos, captions, and tags you save.
- We use this only to provide the App — saving your memories, syncing them across your devices, and optionally producing albums, digital-frame exports, and printed books you order.
- We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
- Payments are handled by Stripe; printing and shipping by Lulu. We never see or store your full card number.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the App from Profile → Delete account.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and an authentication record managed by our backend provider, Supabase. We never store your password in plain text.
Player and season details you enter. This may include a child's first and last name, optional birthdate, sport, team name, season title, position, and a profile photo. You provide this information as the parent or guardian.
Memories you save. Photos and videos, the title, your written notes or caption, event names, tags, dates, and favorites you add to each memory.
Orders. If you order a printed book, we collect a shipping address and contact email, and we process your payment through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly; we receive only a confirmation and the order amount — never your full card number.
Technical information. Basic, standard request data needed to operate a networked app, such as timestamps and error logs. We do not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. The App is intended for use by parents and guardians, who choose what to record about their own family.
How we use information
- Provide and maintain the App's core features.
- Sync your content securely across your signed-in devices.
- Generate digital albums, digital-frame exports, and printed books at your request.
- Process and fulfill printed-book orders you place.
- Respond to support requests and protect against abuse.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and the App does not run ad-targeting or cross-app tracking.
How information is stored and shared
Your content is stored with our infrastructure provider and shared only with the service providers needed to deliver features you use:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your content until you delete it or close your account.
- Delete individual content in the App at any time.
- Delete your entire account from Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated players, seasons, memories, albums, and uploaded media from our systems.
Order records held by Stripe and Lulu may be retained by those providers as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections using HTTPS/TLS. Access to your content is restricted to your account through row-level security rules.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
You can exercise the core of these rights directly in the App, or contact us at toddfleury1979@gmail.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
SportsJurni is designed for parents and guardians to preserve their family's sports memories. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow children to create accounts.
Parents control all content about their family and can delete it at any time. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App.
