Common questions

How do I add a memory?

Tap Add Memory on the Home screen, choose a photo or video, add a title, notes, and tags, then Save.

Can I track more than one child?

Yes. Go to Profile → Players & Seasons → Add Player, or use the switcher on the Home card to move between kids.

How does cloud backup work?

Create an account (Profile → "Sign in to back up"). Your players, seasons, and memories then sync securely across your signed-in devices. Without an account, your data stays only on your device.

How do I order a printed book?

Open Albums → Printed Book, tap Pay & Order, enter your shipping address, and pay securely. Your book is printed and shipped by our partner.

How do I get a digital album or a file for a digital frame?

Use Preview Album → Export Digital Album (PDF) or Digital Frame → Create Frame Export (a zip of photos). Both open the share sheet so you can save or send them.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently erases your account and all associated data.

What is your refund policy?

Printed books are made to order. If your book arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days for a reprint or refund. See our Terms of Service.
