How do I add a memory?
Tap Add Memory from the Home screen, select your photo or video, add a title, notes, date, and any other details, then save the memory to your athlete's season.

Can I track more than one child?
Yes. Go to Profile → Players & Seasons → Add Player to add another athlete. You can then switch between players and seasons throughout SportsJurni.
How does cloud backup work?
Create or sign in to your SportsJurni account to securely sync supported player, season, and memory data across your signed-in devices.
How do I order a printed book?
Open Albums → Printed Book, preview your book, enter the required shipping information, and complete payment. Your book is then prepared for printing and shipment.
How do I create a digital album or digital-frame export?
Use your Albums area to build a collection from saved memories. Digital albums and supported digital-frame exports can then be saved or shared from your device.
How does Family Sharing work?
SportsJurni lets supported family members contribute to the same athlete journey, helping families keep players, seasons, memories, and albums together.
Can I track athlete stats and progress?
Yes. SportsJurni includes tools for recording athlete statistics and following progress across seasons, helping you see how their journey develops over time.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account. Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated data according to our Privacy Policy .
What is your refund policy?
Printed books are made to order. If a printed product arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue. See our Terms of Service for additional details.
